I was swapping some rotors around and looked up the torque spec for the 6-bolt Ice Tech rotors. I was very surprised they only recommend torquing to 35 in-lbs. I think my Avid rotors were 55 in-lbs. or so. Even torquing them down, it seemed very light.

If you are brand loyal to SRAM, you’ll very likely not want to switch to Centerlock as Shimano patented Centerlock so you’ll never see an SRAM Centerlock rotor. If you’re a weight weenie, you’ll also prefer 6 bolt.
